Meet Dawn

As a Virtual Assistant or “VA”, I help business professionals with their administrative work which could be bookkeeping tasks, newsletter design, and/or customer service-related work. I can turn your to-do list into your ta-da list! With my organizational skills, time management abilities, and ability to “figure it out”, I will be able to help you get to where you would like to be in your work/life balance.

I have over 40 years of experience in customer service, administrative, healthcare, management, and retail roles. I have acquired many skills and experiences that I can offer to many clients. Hence my decision to start my own business.

Small businesses hire me on a contract basis to act as their part-time “virtual assistant”. Whether you have a small project, an on-going task or need temporary coverage for one of your team members, you can rely on me to provide professional service.

I live in North Dakota with my husband and our two dogs. I offer support throughout the USA. I enjoy family time, the outdoors, yoga, photography, cooking and crafting.
